This item is a disarticulated skull of a young fox. Due to its young age, the bone plates that make up the skull hadn’t fused yet, and so it was able to come apart during the cleaning process.

Building a skull from its individual plates is a fun challenge, and can be done with PVA or wood glue to allow for the fixing of mistakes. Use super glue only if you are confident!

Each skull has been cleaned in seperate bags to ensure that no pieces are missing. As these are quite young, some may have double dentition or or may have uneven looking teeth as the milk teeth are replaced by the adult across time.
