Diaphonised cane toad in a 15cm tall x 3.5cm wide vial. The specimens pictured are the smallest ones in the batch, and they range up to around 10cm from nose to butt. These were all prepared in the same batch, and colour is consistent across the specimens.

Cane toads are an invasive species in Australia, and pose a major threat to a wide variety of native species. As such, these specimens have been removed from the wild as part of environmental protection efforts and were generously donated to me for preservation.
